SPORTS THERAPY

Sports Therapy is provided by our Clinical Lead/director Hayley. Sports therapy provides a biomechanical assessment, advanced soft tissue techniques, dry needling, myofascial cupping, kinesiology taping and rehabilbitation for injuries, long term pain, dysfunction or mobility issues, hypermobility and for specialised issues i.e Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis etc. Such therapy provides long term solutions, restores functional movement patterns, alleviates pain and optimizes function unique to you. ​
An initial consultation, postural assessment and sports therapy treatment focused on the specific problem areas. We will create and guide you through any relevant exercises, stretches and recommendations as part of your after care plan.

Huquine Sports Therapy, can offer unique packages for both yourself and your horse, providing a discounted rate for the combined treatment for your horse and rider - including therapeutic groundwork session as required. This is tailored to your horse's and your needs to provide a bespoke treatment and after care plan.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Sports Massage is provided by our qualified therapist Liam. Sports massage provides soft tissue techniques to improve mobility, alleviate muscle soreness, aid performance and prevent injury. It can also provide ongoing maintenance and recovery before, during and after an event and the training leading up to it. Please note, if you have any injury, pain related condition or specialised circumstances then this service is not suitable and Sports Therapy will be needed instead. We also have a Student, Becky who is providing 60 min treatments for her case studies for £10 - these are able to be booked on the booking page.
